CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Theory is a type of therapy that addresses cognitions (thoughts), emotions (feelings) and behaviours (actions).  CBT is an evidence based therapy proven to be effective in helping to restructure our negative thinking patterns which affect how we feel (both mentally and physically) and the actions we take.  Cognitive restructuring can increase how you react to certain situations, or to certain people. It can also improve our self-esteem, manage more effectively our depression and anxiety, or in most cases actually dissipate symptoms completely.

CBT has been proven to be one of the most effective treatments for many issues such as grief & loss, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), substance abuse, addiction and bipolar.

Hypnotherapy is a type of therapy in which hypnosis is used to create a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility during which positive suggestions and guided imagery are used to help individuals deal with a variety of concerns and issues. Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance

Hypnotherapy can be used to treat anxiety, phobias, substance abuse including tobacco, sexual dysfunction, undesirable spontaneous behaviors, and bad habits. It can be used to help improve sleep, learning disorders, communication, and relationship issues.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is a short-term goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach to help clients construct solutions.  SFBT places focus on a person's present and future circumstances and goals rather than past experiences.

Narrative Therapy is a style of therapy that helps people become and embrace being, an expert in their own lives. In narrative therapy, there is an emphasis on the stories we develop and carry with us through our lives.
